Sony Ericsson W580i

by sharonkramer @ 2008-03-28 - 15:56:21

The Sony Ericsson W580i is a Walkman phone in a slide design. It's available in a choice of white, black, pink or grey. The new Walkman logo right beneath the screen alone is enough to make most mobile phone aficionados' hearts start pumping.
It looks stylishly clever with a minimalist flair. The orange accents give the W580i its youthful flair, especially with the Walkman logo at the center of the phone's width.
The keypad has sensibly-sized keys that light up in use and are easy to press. However, the big problem with the W580i is that the keys are prone to cracking. The orange accents give the W580i its youthful flair, especially with the Walkman logo at the center of the phone's width.
The Sony Ericsson W580i houses a 2 mega pixel camera with digital zoom capable of recording still images and videos. It may not be the best in the market, but what you are getting is certainly great for its price.
Photos are displayed well with the W580i's 240 x 320 pixel resolution screen. Additional shooting modes such as panorama and burst are also offered.
The main feature of the W580i is the music player.
The W580i's music player can play back not only MP3 files but AAC, AAC+, eAAC+ and WMA files as well, making it versatile. The W580i has the new version 2.0, and is also equipped with an FM radio.
The W580i fails though in the memory department; providing only 12 mega bytes of built in memory. As expected, the unit does have a memory slot for users who want to upgrade their storage with a Micro M2 memory card.

Weight Loss by Diet and Exercise

by sharonkramer @ 2008-03-22 - 10:18:12

From my own experience I can tell you that in order to achieve a healthy weight loss you need both exercise and diet.
We gain fat by simply not burning throughout the day all the calories we eat. So it is clear that you have to eat. If you think you can lose weight by starving yourself that you’ve got a wrong concept of losing weight. This is why we need exercise.
So the most important thing in a weight loss process is to eat regular meals and a variety of food and to exercise in order to burn the calories.
I am telling you that exercise is crucial because it is very important to eat, for the body to take vitamins and all what he needs but it also is very important to burn these calories we eat. And the only way to do this is by physical exercise.
Now, if you are thinking that you don’t have enough time for exercise or so on, I am telling you that if you think like this than you just don’t have the will and not time is the problem. Why?! Because by exercise I don’t necessarily mean that you have to go to a gym but you can also walk, or do some exercises at home or practice yoga to lose weight. So, the idea is that you can choose how you want to exercise; the important thing is that you got to keep your body moving for at least 1 hour per day. At least! As hard you exercise as satisfied you will be by the results.
If you do exercise but eat junk food the whole day the results won’t be that satisfying. This is because you also have to follow a diet in your weight loss process. And by following a diet I don’t necessarily mean a strict diet like , day1, day 2 and so on, but just to eat healthy food, vegetables, fruits, fish and chicken and to have regular meals, at the same hour.
It is also very important not to skip breakfast. I know that the most of us do, but in fact breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you have to eat a lot.
So, to lose weight isn’t that difficult as you may think, you’ll just have to start by changing your lifestyle in a more healthier one and it will be the best gift you’ve ever given yourself.

It also reduces high blood pressure, lowers blood sugar, protects liver against toxins, promotes oral health, boosts your immune system function, possesses antibacterial and antiviral properties, helps your body maintain healthy fluid balance, blocks main receptors that produce allergic reactions and stimulates the metabolism.
I know it’s a long list of health problems but these problems are real! And they affect our lives every day and after all it is so easy to take care of ourselves!
So why shouldn’t we do it?! I don’t think it’s necessary to say that by helping you with all I have written above it automatically help you lose weight by getting healthier.
